ESP's key strengths worldwide are
in the developing, manufacturing, marketing and deploying
of affordable independent micro generator solutions in
the renewable energy sector. Our mandate is to be recognized as an
industry leader in providing innovative, durable, cost
effective products. Our products have patent-protected
proprietary technology, insuring their competitiveness
in the marketplace.
ESP is dedicated and motivated to the innovation of
renewable energy, and committed to providing the highest
quality of renewable energy products to our customers.
ESP is constantly striving to provide innovative solutions
to make our planet a cleaner and greener planet for generations
to come.
ESP's technology and initial products were conceived
by Mr. Paolo Fadel, founder and owner of Quasar Electronics
and CAD, located in the Veneto region, near Venice, Italy;
www.quasarelectronics.it and
www.caditaly.it.
His team
of Robotics and Electronics specialists then successfully
resolved the technical challenges, allowing large-scale
proven technologies to be adapted for consumer "small-scale" energy
producing products. Over 30 years of experience allowed
the team to create the suite of renewable energy products.
Research and Development
ESP's R+D partner, Quasar
Electronics,
incorporates existing technology with new and emerging
technologies, creating enhanced and innovative solutions.
This optimizes their creative possibilities, allowing
the products to deliver solutions in a variety of ways.
ESP is uniquely positioned to leverage
the 20+ year R&D
and manufacturing capabilities of Quasar Electronics.
Quasar’s integrated circuit design and development
capabilities as well as its micro-turbine capabilities
have proven invaluable in the rapid development of ESP’s
power invertors as well as the EsPOD.
Engineering
At our R&D facility, engineers bring
new technologies from R&D into volume manufacturing.
Everything from CAD design, testing, to tooling up is
done in-house and through its affiliated working partners
in the Veneto Region outside of Venice, Italy. ESP’s
current Canadian advisory team includes over 50 years
of Energy sector experience. This Oil & Gas and Utilities
experience will be leveraged to rapidly deploy solutions
to these sectors. ESP will also gain operational efficiencies
through locating operations in cost efficient and high
market growth jurisdictions.
Manufacturing
ESP's approach to manufacturing emphasizes
contracting our partner's existing talent, infrastructure
and facilities, as opposed to building our own manufacturing
facilities along with sourcing the financing to do so.
The core technical components are sourced locally, made
to our specifications and assembled at CAD
Italy, our
partner’s manufacturing facility in the Veneto
area in Italy. Initially, full assembly for the European
market will be manufactured and assembled there.
As ESP expands its territories worldwide,
the core components will be assembled in Italy with final
assembly, using locally sourced non-technical components,
assembled in key strategic locations, each serving a
group of territories. This will allow ESP to deliver
the highest performance products at lowest possible costs,
while insuring quality control.
Marketing
The alternative energy market globally
is still in its infancy and it has been ESP’s experience
that most commercial/industrial clients are receptive
to meeting directly with ESP, based simply upon existing
relationships or a ‘warm call’. With delivery
results, ESP believes that positive word of mouth within
various industry sub-segments (e.g. large flat roof retailers,
distributors, logistics, schools, hospitals, etc) will
produce the most productive source of market awareness
and leads.
A segment of the ESP products,
(Solar Enhancer or pvE, PV
Tracker, smaller Titan Wind Turbines) are geared towards
retail consumers with sales via large box retailers.
For these retailers, ESP will provide supporting marketing
material and partnership managers to ensure overall product
support is well maintained. Marketing to the retail segment
will be via direct sales and large retail industry and
facilities management events.
ESP will selectively participate in
alternative energy trade events globally. Currently,
the event’s market
for alternative energy is in its infancy. Several events
are essentially vendor exhibits with very few potential
buyers in attendance. ESP will participate in industry
events that are more directly targeted towards ESP customers
(e.g. Facilities Managers of America), as well as attending
alternative energy events largely for gathering of competitive
intelligence.
ESP will also selectively participate
in key industry standards/lobbying groups (e.g. Canadian
Wind Association,
www.nrcan.gc.ca,
WWW.CANSIA.CA, WWW.ASES.ORG, WWW.AWEA.ORG).
These industry standards groups can be a key source of
competitive knowledge and provide an avenue for access
to governmental bodies. Advertising will be for trade
magazines and websites that provide clear evidence of
access to ESP target market (e.g. Next Generation Power & Energy,
Renewable Energy World, WWW.ENERGY.SOURCEGUIDES.COM).
ESP continues to develop a world class
and highly searched/optimized website with supporting
product information. ESP’s
team has significant experience in Business-to-Business
sales via the web and will continue to capitalize on
the changing conditions in this demanding industry.
Energy Independence and Delivering Renewable
Power
Energy independence has become a strategic goal for
governments, individuals and corporations. Our Wind and
Solar products offer the solution at relatively low cost
and with the ability to deliver power during peak demand
loads when it is needed. ESP products are a major contributor
to meet the needs for alternative sources of energy.
With recent figures from the “US Solar Energy Industries
Association“ solar could produce 10% of US power
consumption by 2025, this is an enormous jump from the
1% it currently represents. To obtain this target, there
will need to be capital investment of over $US 500 billion
into the solar industry. Thus the financial community
is seeking to identify the technologies that offer the
greatest commercial potential.
ESP offers independent energy technology to the consumer,
as well as offering all levels of government, the opportunity
to allow its citizens the ability to become small-scale
energy producers. This provides the opportunity to feed
the grid electricity, as well as creating a small business
opportunity for themselves. On-grid consumers supplement
electricity offered by the utility company and in addition,
can choose to generate a portion of their own electricity
at or near the site of use. Off-grid consumers require
service when conventional electrical needs are not feasible
or economical. ESP has realized the growing trend towards
distributed generation and will capitalize on scalability
and reliability with no emissions, allowing consumers
to capitalize on this emerging opportunity.
Government policies in the form of incentives, subsidies
and regulation have accelerated the adoption of alternative
energy products for consumers and small businesses. As
a result of the initiative and support of governments
into the alternative energy, the market is primed for
rapid growth.
Despite the benefits, there are also relative challenges
and risks inherent by renewable power. The industry is
new and heavily dependent on government subsidies to
promote growth and acceptance to the masses. It is difficult
to compare technologies since this area is so new and
ever-changing.
Globally, there are boundless opportunities and applications
to address the energy needs with renewable energy solutions,
particularly in developing countries and off-grid locations.
ESP will bring power to many remote corners of the
globe. It will also deliver on the premise of energy
independence, one person at a time, on a very personal
size and level....or one village at a time, in a scalable,
much larger format. |
